Sebastian Büchler

Co-founder – Technology

Sebastian is responsible for the infrastructure and software development at Kaspar&. He holds an M.A. in Quantitative Economics and Finance from the University of St.Gallen and is currently on a break pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance with a focus on applications of artificial intelligence. In the past, Sebastian was responsible for multiple large Smart Beta equity strategies as a portfolio manager and established extensive IT management know-how for financial applications.

About Kaspar&

Kasparund AG was founded in 2020 as a spin-off from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and the ETH Zurich. In 2021, we launched our unique investment and payment app in order to expand our operations and growth. Kaspar& is headquartered in St.Gallen but also has a second office in Zurich too.
